Lead Leak Assessment
One clear look at how customers find you, reach you, and book with you. Here's what's included:
- Google Business Profile and listings check. Hours, categories, services, photos, reviews, and whether your name, phone, and website match across the main directories.
- Test inquiries. I contact you the way a customer would, by call, form, or message, and note what happens and how long it takes.
- Booking and contact path check. I walk through every route a customer might take to reach you or book, on a computer and on a phone.
- Written findings. A short, plain report of what's working, what's leaking, and what to fix first.
- Walkthrough call. We go through the findings together and you can ask anything.
The fee is credited toward any fix work you book within 14 days of your walkthrough call.

You decide what to fix, and who fixes it.
The findings are yours to keep. If you'd like help, I can quote fixes after the assessment. You'll get a clear quote before any work starts, and there's no pressure to book anything.

How much does it cost?
The assessment is $497. The first 3 founding clients pay $249. Either way, the fee is credited toward fix work you book within 14 days of the walkthrough call.
Do I need to give you passwords or access?
No. The assessment looks at what your customers see. If you'd like me to look inside your Google profile settings, we can do that together on the call.
Will the test inquiries waste my team's time?
They're kept to a few, and we can agree on timing ahead of time so your team isn't caught off guard.
Do you guarantee more leads or higher rankings?
No. Nobody honest can. What you get is a clear picture of where leads are getting lost and what's worth fixing first.
Do I have to hire you for the fixes?
No. You can hand the findings to your own team or anyone you like. If you do book fixes with me within 14 days, the assessment fee is credited.
