Five parts, one clear picture.

Google Business Profile and listings check. Hours, categories, services, photos, reviews, and whether your name, phone, and website match across the main directories.
Test inquiries. I contact you the way a customer would, by call, form, or message, and note what happens and how long it takes.
Booking and contact path check. I walk through every route a customer might take to reach you or book, on a computer and on a phone.
Written findings. A short, plain report of what's working, what's leaking, and what to fix first.
Walkthrough call. We go through the findings together and you can ask anything.

Send a quick note. Email your business name, website, and the main ways customers reach you.
Confirm the details. I reply with what I'll check, the price, and when to expect your findings. We can agree on timing for test inquiries if you'd like.
I run the checks. Google profile and listings, test inquiries, and every contact and booking path on desktop and mobile.
You get written findings. What's working, what's leaking, and what to fix first, in plain language.
Walkthrough call. We go through it together. If you'd like, we can look at your Google profile settings together on the call.
Decide what's next. Fix it yourself, hand it to your team, or ask me for a quote. Book fix work within 14 days and the fee is credited.

Timing depends on your business and how many ways customers can reach you. I'll give you an expected date for your written findings before we start.

What do I need to provide?

Your business name, website, and the main ways customers contact you. No passwords are needed.

How does the 14-day credit work?

If you book fix work with me within 14 days of your walkthrough call, the full assessment fee comes off the price of that work.

What is the founding client offer?

The first 3 clients pay $249 instead of $497. Feedback afterward is welcome but never required.
